Does he like me more than a friend? A player or just being friendly?

I met a cute guy a month ago from the net. We flirted and even made out. After that i told him i didn't wanna make out because it seemed that was all he wanted, but we still hung out after that a few times.

I have no clue if he likes me. He always gives me cute nicknames and checks on me and how i am doing everyday. He told me he hasn't found ms just yet. I always get touchy-feely with him and he teases me that i want to feel him.

He told me he is glad he met me because i am fun to be with and funny. So does he like me more than a friend? Sometimes we do talk dirty to each other. Any ideas? Nowadays we just text and msn each other daily. We had not met for about two weeks because he is kinda busy with work. We both flirt on msn now.

Are we meant to be together or should i move on? Please give me your advice.
