Make over but still me

so i really like this guy and i've liked him for yrs. i've even told him twice but he said i'm not his type. recently i've gone threw a bit of a make over so he starting to see me in a new light but i still come off goofy and awkward. how can i flirt with him/ make him like me and make up for the last 4 yrs of embarrasment?

Firstly congratulations on having the guts to tell him that you liked him in the first place. It's not easy to do and most people would never risk it so give yourself a big pat on the back.

I know it can be hard to take when you like some and they don't feel the same way. I've been there more times than I'd like myself :0). The world would be a very boring place if we all liked the same type!

You know the saying, there are plenty more fish in the sea and plenty of guys who would have noticed your new look and are dying for you to notice them.

I know it's hard to hear, but you've made your intentions clear to him so now let him come to you. Coming on too strong may have the opposite affect and send him running away rather than into your arms.

If he's had a change of heart then great, if not there are so many guys out there who'd love to take his place in your heart.

PS Wouldn't it be nice to go out with a guy who sees you for the beautiful girl that you are, with or without the makeover?
